Lead business analysis for D365 projects, manage requirements, oversee configurations, guide UAT, and support data migrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex D365 projects, including, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery oversight.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Define and document To-Be process flows and compare them to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Manage and prioritise requirements, features, and backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
- Oversee the functional configuration and customisation of D365 modules in collaboration with solution architects and developers.
- Guide UAT planning, execution, and training initiatives for end-users.
- Lead change management and business readiness activities during D365 rollouts.
- Support data migration, integration strategy, and reporting requirements (Power BI, Power Platform, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest D365 roadmap, features, and releases; provide recommendations for adoption.
Profile
- Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Banking and Finance or relevant discipline
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with 4+ years focused on D365
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-level D365 implementations or upgrades.
- Deep understanding of D365 architecture, modules, workflows, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation.
