- Design and document business rules, data mapping, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvements for data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management, and data governance standards.
- Perform data validation, testing, and UAT support to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide insights on banking products, transactions, and customer data for decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
