Job Description
As the Brand Marketing Manager APAC for COS, you spearhead the creation, execution, and evaluation of brand campaigns and initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring they resonate with COS’s Global Brand and Communications strategy. Your primary mission is to raise brand awareness as a cornerstone of success, amplifying COS’s premium identity while driving traffic and customer engagement.
Through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration, you deliver a customer-centric experience that celebrates individuality and sustainability, empowering our APAC community to connect with our timeless design ethos and values of inclusion and responsibility.
The Brand Marketing Manager APAC reports to the Head of Marketing APAC in Singapore.
What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, including setting objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and conducting post-campaign analysis to assess impact.
- Manage the annual APAC brand marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient while delivering high-impact results.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, operations) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing APAC, Creative Lead APAC, Digital & Media Manager APAC, and other key stakeholders to align brand initiatives with media and digital efforts across the region.
- Lead planning meetings and align on objectives with global and regional stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Drive engagement through a mix of in-store, digital, and social media campaigns, ensuring high production standards and measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize a customer-first mindset, ensuring campaigns celebrate diversity, encourage customer interaction, and promote sustainable choices in alignment with COS’s mission.

What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in managing successful brand campaigns within the fashion industry, particularly in APAC.
- Strong budget management and project management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on diversity, sustainability, and creativity.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, wholesale, and physical store marketing is a plus.
