The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Brand Management Intern to assist our Key Account Management Team. The role will be based in our office in the Singapore.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding e-commerce landscape and different teams capabilities and structure 
• Learn fundamentals of e-commerce planning and execution across online platforms
• Understand social commerce and livestream ecosystem to  work with brand management team on plans and performance

You day to day tasks might include the following work with brand management team:

• Assist the key account management team in analysing brand’s historical data performance and understanding
• Assist the key account management team in executing brand competitor checks on the Lazada and Shopee platform interface
• Assist the key account management team in cross-checking campaign executions to ensure that the campaigns run without any errors
• Assisting the key account management team in taking note of campaign calendar deadlines.
• Work with brand management team to understand livestream schedule and analyse performance

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Proficient in Microsoft excel and google sheets
• Familiarity with the Shopee and Lazada front-end platform interface
• Has background in sales management, business administration or any related course
• Ability to work independently and has commitment to finish work within given time frames
• Ability to communicate well, share insights and ideas to the team while doing the required work scope
