Job Title: Brand Activator (Consumer Campaigns)
Location: Vietnam
About the role:
This position is responsible for leading and executing field-focused activation of consumer campaigns that drive vaccine awareness and uptake. This role transforms brand and public health objectives into localized, insight-driven campaigns aiming to increase consumer consideration and conversion of Dengue vaccination. The role involves close collaboration with Brand Manager, Field Force, Medical, and Business Operations to ensure effective implementation of communication activities across both private and public healthcare channels.
How you will contribute:

  • Collect and analyze insights from internal stakeholders (Field Force, Medical...), and external stakeholders (local health institutions, private and public healthcare providers/partners...) to identify specific health needs, disease seasonality, and local engagement opportunities.
  • Translate insights into tailored activation plans by province, city, or key account cluster (e.g. private vaccination centers/chains, public vaccination center, schools, industrial zones, residential areas...).
  • Proactively propose campaign concepts and activity calendars based on local public health trends, community concerns, or vaccine barriers/uptakes.

Field Activation & Execution:
  • Develop ready-to-use toolkits (POSM, slides, education packs) aligned with brand directions and public health objectives.
  • Plan and deploy seasonal campaigns in priority provinces/cities or high-risk areas in partnership with external stakeholders (local health institutions, healthcare providers/partners...).
  • Coordinate field-based programs in schools, business associations, residential areas, and industrial parks, especially during key health moments (e.g. back-to-school, rainy season...).

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage with KOLs, public institutions as well as private/public healthcare providers and community partners for joint campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Field Force team to ensure consistent, high-impact campaigns' deliverables.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs and healthcare regulations.

Operational & Performance Tracking
  • Manage agencies and vendors for logistics, material production, and event setup.
  • Track campaign performance, gather field insights, and recommend improvements to enhance impact, reach and budget.
  • Set performance targets and review effectiveness of initiatives and tactics.
  • Optimize resource allocation accordingly to achieve business goals.

What you bring to Takeda:
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relation, Science, Medical or any other related background.
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign activation management, field marketing, and/or healthcare communications.
  • Experience working across diverse regions or coordinating with government/public health partners is a plus.

Required Skills:
  • Strong ability to synthesize field insights into actionable campaign plans, together with project and campaign management.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-functional and external stakeholder environments.
  • Passion for public health and disease prevention and public health understanding, and local market adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and training capabilities
