What you will do
Perform cGMP biomanufacturing activities including equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Execute mammalian cell culture and purification processes including bioreactor operations, chromatography, and filtration.
Monitor process parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), CO₂/O₂ levels, and cell performance.
Operate and maintain process control systems such as UNICORN and DeltaV while ensuring accurate batch documentation.
Apply aseptic techniques and maintain cleanroom standards through sanitization and 6S housekeeping practices.
Prepare buffers, media, and customer-specific solutions while supporting equipment preparation and CIP activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.
What we are looking for
Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Knowledge or exposure to biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes is advantageous.
Experience working in a manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom environment is preferred.
Familiarity with cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and documentation requirements.
Willingness to work in a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
