Job Description

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring compliance with project BIM standards, and supporting project teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines.
  • Perform model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and client requirements.
  • Manage model coordination and file sharing in ACC/BIM 360.
  • Monitor model quality, shared coordinates, and data integrity.
  • Support BIM modelers and project teams with technical guidance.
  • Prepare coordination reports and track issue resolution.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and liaise with project stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
