Responsible for driving the strategy for affiliate user growth, including but not limited to:
- Creating and executing affiliate user growth campaigns aimed at increasing FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM KPIs
- Partnering with communities to launch campaigns with KOLs
- Developing a strategy to manage the affiliate user lifecycle
- Providing support to the Affiliate Growth team as required
Your performance/OKRs will be evaluated based on:
- The total number of affiliate users
- Conversion rate and churn of affiliate users
- Affiliate users' FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM metrics
- Fluency in English is required.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Capable of thriving in high-pressure environments and committed to hard work.
