Description
  • Support the set-up of IT workstreams for Private Wealth Banking, and other products and services
  • Help create technology roadmaps to meet program objectives
  • Support feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder consensus-building
  • Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements, scope, schedule, resources, budget, implementation plan, and quality assurance processes
  • Review application architecture and infrastructure designs
  • Explore technical solutions to achieve business objectives and requirements
  • Support the implementation of regional technology programs, focusing on standardization opportunities
  • Establish and implement project management practices, templates, policies, and tools
  • Participate in key regional meetings and provide updates and alignment
  • Support program risk assessment and tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 5-7 years of work experience in a bank, preferably in Private Wealth or Capital Markets
  • Knowledge of banking domain, including Private Wealth Banking, Fund Distribution, and Securities Custody & Execution
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for the banking industry
  • Ability to deliver technology solutions, design solutions, and manage projects within a project governance framework
  • Experience in program feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder consensus-building
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
