Support delivery of the Technology Risk Culture workplan by designing, executing, embedding and evaluating behaviourally informed interventions. Manage program performance, governance and audit matters, report to stakeholders, collaborate with HR/RMG/Technology, and support ad hoc strategic initiatives to strengthen technology risk culture across the bank.

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of the Technology Risk Culture workplan.
- Support the design, execution, embedment and evaluation of interventions to strengthen Technology’s risk culture, using behavioural science informed techniques.
- Support management of program performance and governance and audit issues.
- Support in reporting to various stakeholders, helping to deliver high-impact, clear and succinct messages.
- Collaborate widely with HR, RMG and Technology teams to enhance the success of interventions.
- Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, if any.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in assessing, managing and improving risk culture within large organisations.
- (Preferable) Degree in a relevant behavioural science discipline (e.g., organisational psychology)
- (Preferable) Experience in risk management discipline.
- (Preferable) Experience in Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Strong critical thinking skills with an eagerness to learn and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and AI-powered tools workplace assistants (e.g., Copilot).
