Act as the conduit between our global talent strategy and implementation of career management, talent identification, succession planning, strategic pipeline development, and the global business needs.

Key Interactions:
HR Partners: Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment of talent management strategy with overall HR and business objectives.
Talent Acquisition CoE: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition and talent management processes.
Employee Experience CoE: Collaborate with the Employee Experience Center of Excellence to create a holistic approach and process.
Shared Services: Work with shared services teams to leverage technology and data to support talent management initiatives.
Global Culture CoE: Partner with Culture CoE to align on colleague engagement, leader goal, and performance enablement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with an I/O background a plus
At least 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
10+ years HR leadership experience; Talent management, HRP, Executive Assessments & Coaching, Learning & Development experience an asset
Previous experience inspiring, developing, coaching and leading teams to deliver their best
Previous consulting experience and strong influencing skills a plus
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to quickly establish integrity & trust
Strong intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong program management, organizational and follow up skills when presented with multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Demonstrated client-centric mindset and ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent strategic visioning, organization, and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
