Key Accountabilities

• Manage Risk Monitoring and Reporting Team for SG CBG Credit select portfolio

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and efficient framework for reporting.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while championing process improvements and technological advancements

• Enhance and strengthen data quality governance controls in reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure reports generated are accurate, complete and sent within requested timeline.

• Proactively initiate review, document, and maintain comprehensive procedures and guidelines for report generation.

• Periodic review of approach on DQ checks to remain effective and recommend updates if necessary.

• Lead engagement with stakeholders for queries / deep dive requests on portfolio matters to ensure delivery addresses stakeholder concerns.

• Drive initiatives in automation and standardisation. Identify opportunities and gaps to transform and improve data lineage, as well as existing monitoring and reporting processes

• Represent department in inter-department initiative to build next generation dashboard to upgrade analytics capabilities. Ensure correct subject matter experts are consulted and kept updated on project developement.

• Stay updated with regulatory changes in reporting requirements. Embrace and apply best practices in reporting to ensure industry-leading performance.

• Credit Losses Forecasting: Accountable for Specific Provision taking the view of current, projected flows and forecasted conditions for non-performing loans, embedded with forward-looking information.

• Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS): Ensure the credit bureau records, are accurate & complete as defined from CBS and submitted within the mandated timeline.

• Adopt and leverage the AI capabilities in DBS in automating the summarize of MIS into clear insights, save time by automating the repetitive analysis and data accuracy checking tasks.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of exposure in consumer credit & lending, preferably covering unsecured lending with strong data analytics skill and ability.

- Decisive and solution focused. Possess strong analytical skills, highly numerate with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Possess strong portfolio and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conceptualize and clearly communicate the analytical findings, both in writing and verbally.

- Demonstrated ability to synergise, prioritise and drive results with a sense of urgency

- Familiarity with Credit Policies, regulatory policies and guideline is a plus.

- Good communication and writing skills

- Display a high degree of team spirit and professionalism, and able to co-operate in a harmonious and productive manner with team member and stakeholders.

- Proactively explore AI tools, integrate them into daily tasks, and seek new ways to automate and optimize work.

- Self-motivated with a strong inquisitive mindset and quest for learning

- Competent in Programming skills (Python, SQL etc.) as well as MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
