Owns technical roadmaps, architecture, integration, cloud-native development, and software delivery. Oversees Agile SDLC execution, ensures scalability, security, compliance, and performance, and mentors engineering teams. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, event streaming, databases, containers, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions supporting Global Financial Markets business. The role focuses on full stack application development, system integration, API enablement, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of application developers to design, build, and deploy robust enterprise-grade applications.
- Drive the technical roadmap, system architecture, and design patterns to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to organizational coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, messaging platforms, distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to review solution design, architecture and source code at a detailed technical level.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures, containerization technologies, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot,Spring Cloud, REST APIs
- Kafka / Event Streaming Platforms
- SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins
