WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As an Associate/Senior Associate you’ll create meaningful impact for our clients, empower our people and drive our business through an intentionally inclusive, powerfully diverse and uncompromisingly equitable culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive key client relationships, identifying strategic client opportunities, and overseeing day-to-day account work and designing communication plans, seeing campaigns through from end to end for global and regional brands.
- Fuse consumer reputation with digital and creative solutions; Working with our kick-ass creatives, data experts and strategic planners to deliver effective campaigns and results
- Stand for excellence in client relationship management, deepening partnerships & outcomes
- Understand communications (and we mean everything from traditional PR to social media, influencer work, thought leadership, you name it; inside and out, as you’ll lead new business development for the Golin Singapore team
- Up to date with the latest trends in social media and culture to be applied to creative planning
- Organically grow existing client opportunities by tapping into new relationships and new services, from the Golin Singapore team
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client servicing for integrated communications work
- Leading edge knowledge on industry trends and effective campaigns
- A solution provider with strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
- Seasoned influencer/media relations skills; Experience working with local and regional media
- Collaborative work style, partnering with market, regional and global colleagues
- As a team player, you inspire your team to do brave work that is grounded by data
