We are looking for a Senior Associate/ Associate - Partnerships to bolster Klook's presence in Singapore, introduce new verticals, and attract all types of travellers through a range of strategic partnerships and campaigns. You'll be responsible for establishing and growing mutually beneficial partnerships in the Singapore market, and supporting Klook’s efforts to establish itself as a trusted and top-of-mind travel / lifestyle platform through co-branded initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Partner Account Management:

    • Identify and provide support in establishing meaningful partnerships with new external stakeholders

    • Communicate regularly with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives throughout the year, optimise ongoing campaigns, and renew long-term or tactical arrangements 

  • Campaign Ideation & Execution:

    • Conceptualise B2C marketing partnerships / co-branded campaigns targeted at increasing brand awareness, acquiring new users, and engaging existing users in Singapore

    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to bring to life such partner campaigns that mutually benefit all stakeholders

    • See through the preparation and execution of necessary deliverables for such partner campaigns

    • Assist with brainstorms and rollout of quarterly marketing plans together with the Marketing team

    • Manage the implementation, daily tracking, and success measurement of partner campaigns and marketing plans with partner involvement

  • Data Analysis:

    • Assess and optimise the performance of partner campaigns by pulling and analysing relevant data using self-service internal tools such as Tableau 

    • Formulate simple models to project the performance of ongoing partner campaigns 

    • Work with other internal teams to obtain additional data points that can value-add to partner campaign analysis

    • Use data points to justify opportunities for new initiatives with partners

  • Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Singapore!

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a partnerships role / executing B2C campaigns in the Singapore market; relevance to travel and/or banking industries is a bonus

  • Proven capabilities in end-to-end campaign rollout and project management

  • Ability to communicate clearly and present ideas confidently

  • Good time management 

  • Attention to detail; a natural when it comes to organisation 

  • Excellent analytical skills; comfortable with numbers

  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Confidence to work independently when required

  • Start-up attitude; highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset

  • Immense hunger to learn and contribute to the business

  • An appreciation for strategic partnerships and understanding of their value to broader business directives
