Get to Know the Team

The GrabFin Lending team sculpts the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our wide array of partner lending programmes in Singapore. Reporting to Assistant Manager, Partner FS Ecosystem, we are inviting you to be part of our dynamic commercial team that helps catalyse growth throughout our partner lending ecosystem.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Build comprehensive dashboards to track performance and main metrics across all lending programmes
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance of business initiatives
  • Execute and streamline daily operations and administrative work across all lending programmes
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for business operations and marketing execution
  • Account management across partnering merchants (eg. Troubleshooting product issues, Communicating and respond to merchants queries)
  • Daily monitoring and tracking of inventory across all partnering merchants
  • Manage consumer experience by performing segmented market research to ensure lending programmes align with consumers' needs

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have minimally 3 years experience in Data Analytics, Business and Strategy.
  • You have strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • You are comfortable working with large datasets, making use of graphs, models, and equations to delve into trends and derive actionable steps.
  • You have high levels of adaptability, comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines, and working in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex; Ambiguous) environment.
