The Associate is responsible for setup and maintenance tasks, providing support and timely status updates to customers, and responding to inquiries as well as implementing systems for groups.

2. Required to setup specification in application as per the instruction
3. Responsible to provide timely status to customer
4. Responsible to provide query support to customer issues
5. Responsible to respond to customer inquires
6. Responsible to do implementation of group into the system
