Manage value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. This role supports value creation strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and performance improvement of investments.
Responsibilities- Leverage market insights, financial and operational data to identify and prioritise value creation opportunities across portfolio companies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of value creation initiatives at portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment thesis and delivery of investment outcomes.
- Manage post deal integration and transition of newly acquired portfolio companies, including Day 1 readiness, execution of the 100 day plan, governance setup, etc).
- Collaborate with investment team on due diligence of target investments, providing assessment of their value creation potential.
- Review, guide and maintain the development of financial models, enabling value creation planning, forecasting, and identify ways to optimise capital structure.
- Guide and mentor team members to support their professional development and enhance team performance.
- Performance monitoring and reporting through tracking business, financial and operational performance metrics established and providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of value creation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or business management or related field disciplines, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience; background in management consulting, business operations and strategy, and post deal integration will be an added advantage.
