A Snapshot
As part of Singapore Tax team and working closely with Tax team in Sydney HQ, you will contribute to our approach to tax reporting regionally in a rapidly expanding business. With your positive attitude and ability to work independently, you will help manage our tax obligations and support various tax-related initiatives.
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing tax reporting obligations for the group across the Asia Pacific region including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India;
- Overseeing all tax reporting across direct taxes, indirect taxes, employee taxes and transfer pricing;
- Assist to drive continuous process improvements and automation opportunities;
- Support in regional tax planning including tax planning opportunities from new tax and transfer pricing legislation
- Contributing to the team’s implementation of the group’s country by country reporting across the region;
- Maintaining transfer pricing documentation to support our global transfer pricing framework and models;
- Providing support on ad hoc tax advisory matters.
- 4-5 years’ experience in a similar tax role;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Appropriate professional qualifications (CA or equivalent etc);
- Proven ability to work independently to execute on strategic priorities; and
- A self-starter with a growth mindset.
