About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify sales leads for our Account Executives. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to inbound product inquiries
- Conduct research to identify new leads and build targeted outreach campaigns
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert interest into sales-accepted leads
- Effectively articulate sales pitches and secure meetings for Account Executives
- Track and manage communication with current and potential customers in our CRM
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy to build pipeline
- Consistently achieve quarterly targets, including qualified lead and meeting quotas
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- Fluent English and Arabic (French is a plus)
- Effective listening skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer-facing experience in sales or service, either over the phone or face-to-face
