The Associate Risk Analyst will support live trader monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance in a proprietary trading environment. Responsibilities include evaluating trader performance, analyzing trading patterns, and contributing to risk management frameworks.
We are seeking a motivated Associate Risk Analyst to join our live trading operations team, working directly with our Head of Risk. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in trading risk management, live trader monitoring, and operational risk assessment within a dynamic proprietary trading environment.

The Opportunity
- Support live trader monitoring and real-time risk assessment initiatives
- Assist in evaluating trader performance for transition from demo to live trading
- Contribute to risk management frameworks and operational procedures
- Help analyze trading patterns, drawdowns, and risk metrics for active traders
- Support the development of risk controls and position monitoring systems
- Collaborate on trader evaluation processes and performance benchmarking
- Assist with regulatory compliance and risk reporting activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills (willingness to learn Python)
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with risk management tools or trading platforms
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and risk management
- Experience with trading platforms, brokerage systems, or financial technology products
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in trading operations
- Familiarity with real-time monitoring and alerting systems
