Job Description

Project Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of conveyance infrastructure projects.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.

Design & Technical Oversight

  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Review engineering designs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related concerns.

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Administer contracts and oversee procurement activities.
  • Review contractor performance, claims, variations, and payment applications.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain budget control.

Construction Management

  • Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate project commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
  • Tier 3 Certified Project Manager (CPM) Accreditation or above by the Society of Project Managers (SPM) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utility, water/wastewater, pipeline, or conveyance-related projects.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design, construction, and project delivery processes.
  • Project planning and scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Contract administration and commercial management.
  • Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory and safety requirements.
