We're hiring a Junior Production Planner at our Singapore office (20 Kian Teck Lane, Jurong).
🔧 What you'll do
• Prepare build plans and production schedules for customer orders and inventory replenishment (safety and consignment stock)
• Coordinate the flow of work across production, purchasing, and customer service
• Work with Purchasing to make sure materials are ready to meet the production schedule
• Track work progress and flag delays early
• Join Lean kaizen events and help find smarter, less wasteful ways of working
🌱 What you'll learn
• Real-world MRP and ERP systems (Oracle / SAP)
• Lean manufacturing tools, with a pathway to Lean certification
• How a global manufacturing business runs, from customer order to delivery
✅ What we're looking for
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related studies (Advanced Diploma or Degree is a plus)
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or planning experience in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment is a bonus
• Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, organised, and a good communicator
• A team player who enjoys solving problems
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

This role starts as a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on strong performance, a positive attitude, and good attendance.
