JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading the product packaging portfolio in developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that meets customer needs, drives revenue growth, and achieves organisational objectives.
- Responsible for managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. This includes gathering and prioritising product requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful execution of projects, and delivering high-quality products on time.
- Driving innovation through research and development initiatives as well as staying abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or services.
- Working with interdependent team to define and deliver the Product vision and strategic plan.
- Defining and managing the delivery of the product roadmap, including working with internal content team to identify new opportunities.
- Developing our product, creating cases and business requirements.
- Analyses customer feedback/data to identify areas where improvements can be made; develop actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Monitors performance metrics (e.g., sales figures) to assess success of existing products/services; make recommendations on how to improve them if needed.
- Establishes pricing models that maximise profits while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
- Collaborates with marketing team members to ensure effective promotion and positioning of products/services across channels.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and developments; identify opportunities for new products or services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Working experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer facing product services.
- Hands-on with app and product management
- Knowledgeable in media or advertisement industry
- Excellent cross-functional project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Tech Engineering, Product Design, Project Management & business owner counterparts to deliver required products and services
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytic, Economics, information technology or any related field
