Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Support the presales team by preparing and maintaining reusable demo datasets, scripting and delivering Level-1 demos, and assisting with solution proposals for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. This entry-level role suits fresh graduates in Accounting or Industrial Engineering (or Polytechnic diploma holders with ERP internships). You will learn from senior team members, contribute to client engagements, and gain hands-on exposure to ERP processes and presales practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain demo data; co-create product demo scripts for client presentations.
• Analyse client needs and map them to standard D365 F&SCM features for proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to fit-gap analyses and RFP responses with accurate, concise inputs.
• Participate in client workshops; capture notes and follow-ups to support the presales cycle.
• Research industry scenarios and organise materials that strengthen value storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with senior presales and delivery peers to refine demos and narratives.
Qualifications• Degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering, or a polytechnic diploma with ERP internship experience.
• Basic understanding of finance and supply chain processes; familiarity with ERP is an advantage.
• Clear written and spoken communication; confident presenting simple concepts to clients.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization; professional, adaptable, and effective in cross-cultural teams; high learning agility.
