Key accountabilities

  • Associate Paid Social Channel Manager for a top regional client, reporting to the Paid Social Lead
  • This role is responsible for the delivery of the International results across social campaigns. The team is very data-driven, iterates constantly, and vigorously adapts.
  • You will collaborate with Local Digital Leads & Planners as well as our Digital Data & Media hub to develop media mix and tactical strategies, monitoring results across International campaigns and have the ability to communicate digestible insights on a regular basis to share learnings and inform continued development of the program.
  • Ensure flawless execution of new campaign launches from the initial media planning phase to the campaign wrap up reports
  • Work closely with supply vendors to set up, monitor and execute international campaigns to meet stringent KPIs
  • Responding to client requirements in a timely and accurate manner, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network, and responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of work within your team
  • Work with the Client Partner to determine ways to improve the performance and the innovation of the channel
  • Ensuring timely financial accuracy in terms of client billings from vendors
  • Be responsible for the development of members of your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews, actively mentoring and empowering your team to increase quality and performance on the client account
  • Alongside the Client Partner, work effectively to find positive solutions to challenges in service-levels to clients, team prioritisation, ways of working, vendor partnerships, team casting and resourcing and recruitment.
  • Communicating seamlessly and effectively with the international hub team to ensure process and information flow freely. This is a large and relatively complex global team architecture that requires navigational know-how and understanding of how to communicate with multiple lines of business and channel functions simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Paid Social experience.
  • Experience with hospitality clients is nice-to-have but not necessary.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Exceptional analytical and hands-on skills leveraging complex data sets required, along with experience in data visualisation tools and business insights dashboards.
  • Well-versed in the campaign planning process and experience managing large budgets across geographies.
  • Expertise in media tracking, attribution methodologies, and a history of working with MMPs and analytics teams.
  • Excellent client servicing skills, with demonstrable experience in building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation
  • Skilled at translating information between business owners and vendors
  • Clear and effective communication and confidence in presenting your work with the ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on attitude and high attention to the detail
  • Best in class project management skills to improve ways of working across all stakeholders
