Job Description

The New Product Go-to-Market team is part of the Singapore Commercial team to develop and implement GTM strategies to scale both existing and new products across various verticals and stages of product maturity. The role collaborates closely with sales and account management teams to identify localisation requirements and cross-sell opportunities.
This job reports onsite at Grab One North Office to the Head, New Product Go-To-Market Strategy. 

Key Tasks:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products across various Grab verticals, including self-serve, omni-commerce, GrabFin and digibank

Demonstrate a understanding of the merchant landscape and identify their pain points to tailor and test strategies for different merchant segments

Engage directly with merchants to gather data and market signals, ensuring that GTM plans prioritize the development of the right features and services for our merchants

Create scalable programmes by working upstream with Product and Regional teams to drive product adoption and identify new opportunities to expand Grab's suite of products and services

Track and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, providing reviews to enable business teams to make informed decisions on work-in-progress products

Qualifications

  • Experience & Education: University degree with 2+ years in business development or partnerships
  • Business Savvy: Acute business acumen with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and opportunity-hunting skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess and articulate how partnerships can drive value for both Grab and our partners
  • Hands-On & Proactive: Ready to dive in and take ownership of projects
  • Excel & Business Modelling: Data analysis to make informed decisions
  • PowerPoint Expertise: Experienced in creating impactful presentations, from pitch decks to business reviews for senior management
