Job Responsibilities :

As an Associate Marketing Specialist for Razer's Content Creator Program, you'll be responsible for marketing, managing and growing this dynamic initiative. We’re seeking a candidate familiar with the content creator landscape who will collaborate closely with influencer managers and marketing teams to expand program offerings, drive awareness, and attract creators worldwide to partner with Razer.

  • Manage the day-to-day coordination of the Content Creator Program, which includes engaging our list of participants, reviewing creator requests and updating programs such as creator bounties and related programs
  • Marketing the program through different activations such as through social media like Discord, in-person events, and other relevant marketing channels
  • Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams globally to further enhance the program’s attractiveness with a goal of bringing in more content creators
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of related content creator program insights as well as on the industry landscape to recommend suggestions for further improvement
  • Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required

Pre-Requisites :

  • BA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in community management, marketing or influencer management
  • Language skills: fluent English is a must and (favorably) an additional second language
  • Understanding of social media, content creators and livestreaming best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniques
  • Ability to spot emerging talents and manage/build strong partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Must be a gamer

Good-to-have(s):

  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM
