Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs related to product marketing, sales enablement, event management, activation of sponsorships, customer communications and internal communications
• Be a brand ambassador, and execute the company’s brand strategy through the representation of the brand in local marketing assets and events
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating creative management systems and tools
• Support the development, maintenance and adoption of marketing and sales tools and platforms
• Work closely with the sales team and customers to provide responsive support and enablement tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to produce marketing and sales assets
• Create creative briefs, craft clear product marketing copy, proofread and edit marketing assets with detail
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
• Organise product launches and related promotional activities, bringing innovative trends and insights to the table to brainstorm
• Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, resourcing, coordinating communications and conducting post-implementation reviews
• Activate branding, events, advertising and merchandising related to corporate/industry sponsorships and memberships
• Work with the global centre of excellence to deliver sales and marketing assets
• Work with marketing agencies and vendors to deliver or fulfil designated marketing tactics
• Work with corporate partners and industrial associations to activate sponsorships and memberships
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials, including merchandise, ensuring currency and accuracy, and coordinate the creation or obtainment of new materials when necessary
• Marketing budget management and tracking
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Working knowledge of integrated marketing communications, sales enablement, and sponsorships & event management
• Must have strong organisational, time management and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, and to manage multiple priorities
• Appetite for feedback and continuous learning and improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience, Education and Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or equivalent tertiary qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience in Marketing in a corporate environment (preferably global)
• B2B marketing and event management experience highly desirable
Working Conditions:
• The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
• This role will require some travel in the Asia region, primarily Macau and the Philippines.
