About the Role:

As an Associate Integration Consultant at Pagero - Part of Thomson Reuters, you’ll join a collaborative and skilled team focused on connecting our customers with Pagero’s expanding global network. In this position, you’ll work alongside colleagues from various departments to design and deliver tailored technical solutions. Your daily activities will include system configuration, developing data formats, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer-specific file formats.
  • Configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement customized technical solutions.
  • Identify and analyze gaps between current systems and desired outcomes.
  • Act as a technical expert in both local and global customer projects.
  • Integrate customer data platforms with Pagero’s global network.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Professional Services, R&D, and Support.
  • Recommend best practices for scalable, secure, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

About You: You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
  • Willingness to learn XML/XSLT.
  • The ability to perform gap analyses and interpret data requirements.
  • Curiosity for technology, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
  • Understanding of business processes and technical data exchange.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Bonus Points For:

  • Hands-on experience with system integrations.
  • Experience with XML/XSLT.
  • Familiarity with EDI (e-invoice/order) processes.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols and APIs.
  • Experience with test automation and scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of using AI tools to improve work efficiency
