Job Description

  • Supports the electrical design delivery for data centre projects, acting as a recognized technical expert and ensuring all outputs meet the needs of our diverse client base.
  • Drive project excellence by defining objectives and deliverables, organising schedules and resources, applying strong engineering judgement, and ensuring consistent, high-quality standards across the Data Centre Electrical sector.
  • Supports the data center team in providing strategic oversight for APAC technical delivery, including setting benchmarks, managing risk, mentoring and developing the team, and supporting knowledge transfer across the sector.
  • Strengthen client partnerships by fully understanding their business, organisational structure and culture, and proactively responding to their requirements and market changes.
  • Actively participates in sector growth activities, including bid and proposal development, thought leadership contributions, and ensuring seamless, coordinated Electrical services delivery across the region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized institutions 
  • Extensive design experience delivering electrical engineering projects within Data Centres and other Mission Critical environments
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical design and engineering practices for Data Centres, including power distribution, resilience, redundancy, and overall interface with client technical requirements
  • Preferably with Relevant professional qualifications, e.g, Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) certification, and registration or eligibility for registration (e.g., CPEng, NER), ideally complemented by Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with CIBSE or an equivalent institute
