What You Will Get To Do:
- Leading a team with around 3-5 staffs for providing all the services tasks including investor transaction processing, KYC/AML documents reviews, and other client reporting;
- Control and monitor the processes and delivery to make sure we meet all agreed KPIs;
- Promote and provide demo to client on the use of SS&C portal and other new systems or applications;
- Attend client’s board meetings and answer the queries from clients and fund directors.
- Timely response to the enquiry from fund managers, investors and auditors etc;
- Handle new client onboarding; make sure all internal setup meet the need of the clients
- Meeting potential clients. Present the investor services model and demonstrate the features and process of investor services in SS&C portal.
- Build up and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Participate in system/process enhancement project to improve the reporting quality or operation efficiency of the process &/or in compliance with the regulatory requirement.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 6 years experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds;
- Experience as supervisor and ability on multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and client services skills, ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin will be a plus;
