Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology initiatives and roadmaps.

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for application, data, and digital enablement needs across the fund lifecycle (deal origination, investment, asset management, reporting).

• Drive demand management, business case development, and prioritisation of IT initiatives aligned to business strategy.

• Oversee delivery of IT solutions, working with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

• Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Track benefits realisation and continuously identify opportunities to optimise systems, processes, and data capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related discipline.

• 8–12 years of experience in IT business partnering, technology management, or digital transformation roles.

• Strong exposure to Fund Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services environments.

• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, translate business needs into technology solutions, and manage competing priorities.

• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration concepts.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
