JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the digital experience for Astro core businesses – supporting the company’s overall goal and strategy  

  • Drive the product development lifecycle and prioritization in releasing high quality and high impact products, features and enhancements for the web / app product 

  • Drive alignment across business teams to create the end-to-end digital journey that fits the customers’ needs 

  • Requirement gatherings from stakeholders and / or business partners and translate them into detailed product specifications required for design and development 

  • Define user stories and prioritisation of the backlog and collaborate closely with product design, QA, and engineering teams to drive solutions in ensuring product deliverables and timelines are met 

  • Propose relevant customer-centric enhancements to existing products  

  • Track and measure the success metrics of the product launches, enhancements, and campaigns 

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:

  • Min 2 years of experience in managing software products and projects 

  • Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent practical experience  

  • Independent and ready to work in a fast-paced company with a strong can-do attitude 

  • Outspoken with good communication skills to verbalize concepts and requirements well 

  • Understand traffic / data and able to provide insights for continuous improvements  

  • Basic understanding of agile / scrum methodology and sprint deliveries 

  • Ability to learn multiple functional areas of business including engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing. 

  • Experience in Google Analytics, SEO and digital marketing, knowledge in UI/UX
