Group Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tradeweb’s Client Services team covering the APAC region. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-centric environment, the team is responsible for delivering Tradeweb’s suite of products to buy-side clients.
As a Client Services Representative, you will be expected to provide a high level of service to clients by efficiently handling enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting trading workflows. You will develop a strong understanding of Tradeweb’s products and services, while acting as a key partner to clients, Sales, and internal teams to meet evolving client needs.
Main Responsibilities include:
· Partner closely with Sales teams to onboard new clients, including coordination of legal documentation, system setup, and user training
· Take ownership of buy-side operational procedures and documentation, ensuring accuracy and scalability
· Provide day-to-day support to clients on platform usage, trading workflows, and post-trade processes
· Monitor trading activity and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption
· Support client connectivity and integration setup (e.g. FIX, SFTP, reporting tools), working alongside Integration teams
· Coordinate with clients' Middle and Back Office teams to configure post-trade solutions tailored to reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory requirements
· Participate in client calls and discussions to understand workflows and provide solution-oriented recommendations across pre-trade, execution, and post-trade processes
· Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams (Sales, Integration, Clearing, Product), particularly during escalations and time-sensitive issues
· Perform data analysis and trade investigations, including reviewing logs and reconstructing workflows to identify root causes of issues
Essential Skills / Experience:
· Strong client focus with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
· Ability to multitask effectively with strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while also taking initiative and ownership independently
· High level of attention to detail, particularly in handling client configurations and reporting requirements
· Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
· Background in client services, financial services, or trading support preferred
· Keen interest in financial markets; prior experience with electronic trading workflows is highly desirable
· Experience or exposure to trading platforms, FIX connectivity, or post-trade processes is a plus
· Fluent in North Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) is advantageous
· Strong proficiency in MS Office and comfort using financial systems and applications
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret trade data and system behavior
