Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

This role will work closely with the Razer Game Service global business unit to drive increased and enhanced support for our partners in the gaming industry and will be spearheading go-to-market (GTM) operations for new game launches and live operations support across emerging regions (SEA, LATAM, and MENA).
The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational readiness, ensuring successful regional publishing, and scaling live game operations.
This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly adaptable, has strong project management capabilities, and excels in cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience managing large-scale regional game publishing operations and a deep understanding of player community management and service excellence are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
 

Monitor gaming trends in SEA and source suitable game content to meet market demands. Identify and evaluate titles for the SEA market by leveraging insights into local trends, player preferences, and content regulations.

Set up and manage a structured game evaluation process, involving country teams in reviewing and sourcing potential titles.

Negotiate agreements with partners, and manage, review, and renew contracts to maximize business value. Ensure compliance and due diligence during the onboarding of new partners.

Assist in identifying service vendors for marketing, localization, and partnerships; oversee onboarding and negotiate favorable terms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.

2.Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within the gaming or digital content industry.

3.Proven experience in game sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition, with strong knowledge of mobile gaming market preferences.

4.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.

5.Familiarity with SEA gaming landscape, including popular genres, distribution platforms, and local regulations is a plus.
6.Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
This position is based in Shanghai, China.
