Process daily import trade operations (DBRP) transactions, reconcile and resolve queries with internal/external parties, follow risk/control guidelines, assist process-improvement projects, and perform ad-hoc tasks to meet SLAs and cutoff times with high speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Process daily Trade Operations transactions of SG and AU in accordance to the agreed service standards.
- Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction.
- Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction.
- Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.
- Adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies.
- Assist in projects to improve work processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations especially in Imports - Direct Bills Receivable Purchase (DBRP)
- Functional knowledge/experience in back office support for post-shipment financing and payable invoice financing is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Job function may involve extended hours (typically including, but not limited to Mondays (across weekend), post holidays, month end weeks) due to surge in volume during peak periods. This applies to SG public holidays when the need arises.
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet various currency cutoff times and customer’s specific SLA with zero error rate.
- Speed & Accuracy — Role requires prompt processing of transactions whilst maintaining vigilance & accuracy over the manual repairs and inputs.
- Comfort with variable workload that is dependent on customer payment volumes, not a fixed output per day.
