Manage custody vault operations including deposit/withdrawal of physical securities, daily and monthly reconciliation, coordinate logistics for scrip counts, perform vault administration (time locks, lock maintenance), and coordinate user access setup and access reviews for external applications and SharePoint.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partnersthrough our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Perform deposit and withdrawal of physical securities into Vault.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of certificate/Notes in Vault.
- Coordinate and arrange logistic for CDP quarterly and annual scrip count.
- Perform and monitor vault administration such as setting of time lock and bi-annual lock maintenance from vendor.
- Coordinate the user access set-up of external service provider applications.
- Coordinate users access review such as SharePoint user access, DOA review and authorised personnel access into the vault.
Requirements
- Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant banking experience in Custody Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
