Job Responsibilities :

Are you looking to break into the gaming industry and learn the ins and outs of digital commerce? We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and gaming-savvy Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing team.
In this role, you will work directly alongside our Senior Affiliate Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of Razer’s global affiliate and creator programs. You will be the frontline contact for upcoming creators, manage our tracking platforms, and ensure our partners have the exact creative assets they need to drive revenue. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how to scale a world-class performance marketing ecosystem from the ground up.1. Daily Program Operations & Vetting

• Application Review: Frontline management of inbound affiliate applications on our enterprise platform (e.g., Impact), ensuring all joined partners align with Razer’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Partner Support: Act as the main point of contact for daily inquiries from affiliate partners, troubleshooting link tracking issues, tracking codes, and commission payouts.
• Compliance Monitoring: Regularly audit affiliate sites and partner channels to ensure promo codes, pricing, and brand messaging are accurate and up to date.

2.Creator Outreach & Coordination

• Campaign Execution: Assist in onboarding up-and-coming streaming talent and gaming creators into Razer’s performance-tied creator programs.
• Asset Delivery: Package and distribute tracking links, custom promo codes, and product review samples to creators ahead of major campaign launches.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date roster of active creators, tracking their performance, content outputs, and engagement levels.

3. Reporting & Cross-Functional Support

• Data Gathering: Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from our affiliate platforms and Google Analytics to help the team track overall revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Creative Team Liaison: Coordinate with internal creative and design teams to request, update, and upload fresh banner ads, localized assets, and promotional copy for our partner networks.
• Competitor Research: Keep a close eye on the gaming and tech landscape, identifying new potential partner websites, forums, or creator networks for the program to expand into.

Pre-Requisites :

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or partnership management. Relevant internships or experience running/monetizing your own community channels (e.g., Discord, YouTube, Twitch) is a huge plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• The Gaming Edge: Genuine passion for gaming and deep familiarity with the streaming ecosystem (Twitch, YouTube Gaming, TikTok). You know who the community is watching and what gear they care about.
• Technical Savvy: Quick learner with a knack for software. Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is essential. Prior exposure to Google Analytics or affiliate platforms (like Impact, Rakuten, CJ) is an advantage but not required—we will train you.
• Organization Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple small tasks, emails, and asset requests simultaneously without losing track of deadlines.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out to creators and collaborating across teams.
