Manager/AVP, TMRW Digital Engagement

Support Digital Product Launches to Drive Engagement and Security Education

Position Overview

The Manager/AVP, TMRW Digital Engagement, will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of new digital products and services. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive digital engagement, enhance user adoption, and promote security best practices among customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital innovation, customer experience, and security education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support engagement initiatives for new digital product launches, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and maximizing user adoption to drive digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with Digital platform and Marketing on digital security. From security feature launches to creating and delivering content to raise awareness and education of digital security features and anti-scam measures to mitigate risks for customers.
  • Manage security communication alert protocols across digital channels. 
  • Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
  • Good understanding of digital security best practices and customer education techniques.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and campaign management platforms is a plus.
