Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisor on strategic planning and on the development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs
  • Works with managers in forecasting and planning talent requirements in line with the business strategy
  • Collaborate proactively with managers on the day-to-day activity of all aspects of human resources management
  • Advise on regulations in hiring, termination, performance management, and compensation
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to performance management policies and procedures
  • Consult on employee relations counseling, people and culture issues
  • Participate in the implementation of career management programs
  • Provide guidance regarding HR practices and ethics
  • Work closely with HRBP to drive business unit engagement in HR enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication of issues, operating plans and responsibilities among employees and leadership to facilitate efficient execution of HR programs
  • Share and support best practices and compliance with talent lifecycle activities, including annual performance review and succession planning
  • Manage organization structure changes and talent integration
    Manage specific projects as required, and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist from Banking and Finance Sector
     

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of the hiring process and talent lifecycle, annual review process covering both performance and compensation, and succession planning
  • Understanding of and familiarity with HR best practices
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and current regulations
  • Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), database management and record keeping
  • Demonstrated employee relations skills
  • Project management, communication and presentation skills
