Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reviews and evaluation of Third-Party arrangements for compliance to MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing and Notice 658.

  • Prepare materials for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Committee and Risk Management Committee meetings.

  • Provide guidance and address stakeholders’ queries on TPRM.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all TPRM activities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to TPRM.

Job Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of Risk Management and IT experiences will be preferred

  • Experience in using in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel). Proficiency in Excel VBA is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Good coordination and collaborating skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders 

  • Good understanding of the Commercial Bank business and operating model

  • Other qualities sought include good written English, strong analytical and excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
