The Assistant Marketing Manager will execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance, support project management, and build relationships with partners.

- CASETiFY is now looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day to day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, support on influencer gifting, report on results, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support the Marketing Manager across all aspects of marketing – from strategic planning to execution – with a focus on delivering 360° integrated brand and commercial campaigns across multi-format creative outputs to achieve the defined KPIs.
- Lead the planning and execution of the go-to-market strategies for major CO-LAB and artist collaborations, in close partnership with local marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and the global team to ensure alignment and performance review.
- Own KPIs and analytics to report on the success, learnings, and other key insights from campaigns.
- Support budget, sales forecast reports and assist various market research.
- Monitor competition and market trends in order to expand the business pipeline.
- Develop and draft new business proposals. Build strong long-term relationships with the identified local business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with a focus in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience from an NMC. FMCG experience is a must; ecommerce and partnerships background is a strong plus, especially in consumer products.
- Proven track record in brand marketing with a strong commercial mindset and solid analytical skills. Demonstrated success in performance-driven campaigns and sensitivity to data analysis as well as TW artist & IP trends.
- Self-driven and highly adaptable, with strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Regional APAC exposure is a definite advantage.
- Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, patient, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment and be part of a growing team.
- Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills; creative and attention to detail.
- Date-driven, logical, systematic, organized with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
- Basic Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills is a plus.
