Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support and execute eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives across the ASEAN region. This role will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, channel partner programs, and eCommerce strategies.
You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and external partners such as eCommerce agencies, social media teams, design firms, and PR agencies to contribute to successful online and offline marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing eCommerce marketing strategies to drive growth on Shopee, Lazada, and other regional marketplaces.
- Support digital strategy across websites, social media, and online platforms.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance media and marketing campaign efficiency.
- Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, display ads, app marketing, email campaigns, and affiliate programs.
- Develop creative digital marketing content and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement.
- Execute, track, and analyze campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS), providing insights for optimization and ROI improvement across various digital marketing funnels.
- Develop marketing communications and social media campaigns in collaboration with the Creative and Product Management teams to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule.
- Prepare reports and analytics on marketing campaign performance, CRM effectiveness, and loyalty programs.
- Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Liaise with partners for joint promotions and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop internal and external communication assets, including social media content, eCommerce listings, website content, in-store merchandising, and POSM materials.
- Plan and manage digital and channel marketing activities with the Senior Marketing Manager, including promotions, new product launches, influencer engagement, and events.
- Assist in budget tracking and management for local marketing execution.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in digital marketing, eCommerce marketing, or related fields.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Shopee or Lazada.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support regional marketing efforts and liaise with stakeholders/internal teams.
- Proven communication and organizational skills with strong project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
