Get to Know the Team
The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute to Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community. As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Singapore Deliveries Team oversees, shapes and grows the deliveries businesses, namely GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, and the latest addition is Grab's venture into the Dine Out space.
Get to Know the Role
You will sit within the OmniCommerce & Strategic Projects sub-team. The OmniCommerce team runs Grab's new vertical responsible for growing dine out solutions in the market. Our goal is to help restaurants on our platform drive sustainable growth by becoming their demand generation engine both offline and online, with a full suite of solutions - content & discovery, reservations, table management and ordering solutions, deals, loyalty, insights & CRM, payments, ads.
You will report to the Head of OmniCommerce & Strategic Projects, working on special projects cutting across the whole of the Deliveries business (not limited to OmniCommerce). You will work onsite in Grab One North Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Identify and drive strategic projects for Deliveries & OmniCommerce, to deliver impactful outcomes for the business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders incl. Product, Commercial and Operations teams to drive implementation of projects; own and be responsible for the delivery of project outcomes
- Navigate product, operational and people constraints / challenges to achieve project objectives
- Evaluate project outcomes and key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct and present studies on strategic topics and coordinating of cross-business line plans
- Prioritise and implement ad-hoc plans on short notice
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy or Special Project roles in tech companies
- You have experience leading strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in project management, including initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
- You can evaluate project outcomes and derive data-driven insights.
- You can collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
