Opportunity to lead with a team specializing in investment linked products and fund administration, supporting the Company as the leader in this market.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs the ILP fund operations which include new fund set up, trade order placement, unit pricing, trailer fees and accounting.
- Work with MIMs, pricing agent and product on new fund launches/ closures to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for ILP product and fund UAT delivery and ensuring completeness in user acceptance test plan
- Align the fund prices across various customer and distributor facing platforms
- Reviews the reasonableness of daily ILP unit prices and ensure accuracy of dividend rate table set up for funds.
- Streamline ILP workflow and prepare unit reconciliation
- Work with fund managers to get the information for valuation error reporting to MAS.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in the Fund Accounting/Fund Administration industry.
- 3 - 4 years supervisory experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft tools (Savvy with Excel, Alteryx, Power BI will be preferred)
