Essential Functions
- Person should be responsible to manage IT Vendor Management & Procurement along with IT Governance
IT Vendor Management & Procurement
- Person will be working closely with GOSC finance teams (Procurement, FP&A, taxation/logistics & controllership) and will be responsible for:
- End to end IT Procurement, starting from seeking approvals till capitalization. This includes BAU and project transactions.
- IT Budgeting i.e. creating, tracking, reconciliation & accruals.
- All IT opex invoicing and related taxation work
- IT logistics - custom clearance for IT shipments & deliveries
- Supplier/Vendor management
- IT SPOC for legal & regulatory requirements
- Will be responsible for inventory and AMC tracking for all IT assets
- Plan, perform and manage projects with the ability to multi-task between several IT projects independently and changing priorities and schedules simultaneously
- Ability to derive project plan & execution
- Ability to evolve budget sheets and evaluate budgetary expenses
IT Governance
- Preparing IT deck, MIS reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Person should have good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Work with IT Stakeholders to gather required information

- Excellent PC skills & proficiency in working with Excel, Word & Power Point, Visio

- Should be capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with his / her own team, International Clients and Service Partners
Soft skills (Desired)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Graduation with 5-6 years of combined IT experience in managing budgets, procurements, IT logistics, vendor management and other financial administration work. BPO experience is must. Preferably familiar with ITIL framework.
