MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Streamline and optimize sales processes within the department. Assist the team manager in monitoring and evaluating sales activities, track sales performance and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Provide extensive sales and administrative support to the sales team.
- Oversee and manage cases with focus on MCV business, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, underwriting, compliance and policy administration etc,) to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth business operations.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support business growth. Support brokers onboarding and training requests.
- Provide exceptional service to brokers and business partners by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally to deliver a positive end-client experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote the MCV business and strengthen partnerships with brokers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to enhance partnership initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Undertake any other duties/projects to support the department.
