Primary Purpose:
As an Assistant Manager, supporting Product Manager for developing a vision for product growth in Korea market based on the key attributes of the brand and the needs of our customers. Create high value of planning & allocation efficiency to support omnichannel business growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business & brand results with in-season product execution & inventory support for responsible channel.
In-season Allocation / Inventory management
  • Own Allocation and Inventory management for responsible channel s/categories.
  • Translate assortment and buy plans into distribution strategies; ensure appropriate quantities are allocated based on sales expectation .
  • Review product sales performance, optimize inventory within/across the markets to maximize sales opportunities with appropriate level of stock
  • Manage inventory levels by sku/store to support overall classification sales and inventory plans, as well as the marketing/promotional and tiered merchandising strategies, and Door Profiles
  • Build appropriate initial inventory levels for all new store openings using modeling as well as real estate proforma to anticipate sales demand
  • Consolidate Product request from the store and apply to allocation.
  • Manage inbound shipment schedule and coordinate with Logistics and other related partners accordingly
  • Conducting & review weekly / monthly / ad-hoc sales and inventory report as needed

System & Team support
  • Conduct promotion setting in the system for Initiatives in SAP system
  • Maintain Door Profiling & set up any changes in the LMS (Location Management System)
  • Gather monthly newness feedback
  • Support ad-hoc administrative work
  • Execute and support Events accordingly

Education & Experience
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Merchandise planning and allocation, distribution, or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to build strong partnership with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to take ownership for continuous business improvement with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Highly organized, resilient, able to work under stress with positive approach
  • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and precisions in inventory planning and shipment tracking
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with advanced Excel kills, knowledge of AllocateSmart, BI System, SAP as a plus
  • Fluent in English
