About the Role:
- Staff Management & Development – Guide, mentor, assess performance, track training hours, manage leave, claims, and talent development.
- Operational Oversight – Supervise fixed asset verification, procurement, and ensure timely filing and process compliance.
- Application & Tenant Management – Review applications, approve terminations, communicate with tenants, and issue notices.
- Call Centre Supervision – Oversee call centre staff, ensure reports are submitted, and maintain call response standards.
- Financial & Claims Verification – Approve OT claims, refunds, credit transfers, and penalty waivers.
- Audit, Insurance & Inventory – Manage office inventory, support external audits and insurance matters in coordination with SFAM.
About You:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in operations, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Ability to oversee call center operations, ensure timely reporting, and manage customer service standards.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance, tenant communication, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, and insurance providers.
- Ability to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.
