About the Role:

  • Staff Management & Development – Guide, mentor, assess performance, track training hours, manage leave, claims, and talent development.
  • Operational Oversight – Supervise fixed asset verification, procurement, and ensure timely filing and process compliance.
  • Application & Tenant Management – Review applications, approve terminations, communicate with tenants, and issue notices.
  • Call Centre Supervision – Oversee call centre staff, ensure reports are submitted, and maintain call response standards.
  • Financial & Claims Verification – Approve OT claims, refunds, credit transfers, and penalty waivers.
  • Audit, Insurance & Inventory – Manage office inventory, support external audits and insurance matters in coordination with SFAM.

About You:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in operations, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to oversee call center operations, ensure timely reporting, and manage customer service standards.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance, tenant communication, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, and insurance providers.
  • Ability to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.
